Chocolate Bliss Balls
These were a really bit hit this afternoon!
- 1.5 cups dates (soaked for 10 mins in boiling water and then water discarded)
- 1 cup almond meal
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
Blend them all together in the food processor, then roll them in dessicated coconut......Delicious!!
