Chocolate Bliss Balls
These were a really big hit this afternoon!
1.5 cups dates (soaked for 10 mins in boiling water and then water discarded)
1 cup almond meal
2/3 cup oats
1/2 cup dessicated coconut
2 teaspoons chia seeds
3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
Blend them all together in the food processor, then roll them in dessicated coconut......Delicious!!
