Nut Free Chocolate Bliss Balls

These little gems are full of fibre, antioxidants and loaded with other nutrients great for little bodies! They are also nut free – safe to take anywhere!

Ingredients:

8 Weetbix biscuits

1 cup Dates (soaked in hot water)

1/2 cup Blueberries

1/4 cup Cocoa

2 Tbsp Honey

2 Tsp Chia seeds

Desiccated Coconut to coat balls

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients (except for coconut) into food processor.
    Note: do not add water dates were soaked in, however keep as you may need to add a few spoonfuls to soften the mixture

  2. Blend on high until a soft sticky consistency has formed

  3. Roll into small balls, then roll in coconut
